Q: My web site is not displaying correctly. What can I do?

A: Our web site requires Internet Explorer 7.0™ or higher and three additional plug-ins/applications to display properly - Adobe Adobe Reader™, Adobe Flash Player™, and JAVA™. Most users already have these installed on their PCs, but they may be an older version.

Q: I have a question about my bill. Who do I call?

A: Call our Billing Department at (731) 541-7300 or Toll-Free at (866) 396-8537. Office hours are M - F from 8 AM - 4:30 PM. Please note that the prefix for the Toll-Free number is 866, not 800.
